Product descriptions, specifications, customization options, minimum order quantities, pricing, availability, and other product information may change from time to time.

Where proofs, mockups, spec sheets, or similar approval documents are involved, you are responsible for carefully reviewing the relevant information before approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production will proceed based on the specifications you approve.

5.2 Custom Orders and Design Approval

Before we start making a customized product, it's on you to look over and sign off on every relevant spec for that order.

Once you approve the design or specifications, USportsGear may begin production based on the approved information.

The custom products we sell are specially manufactured according to customer specifications. 5.8 Order Protection and Post-Purchase Guarantees

USportsGear® provides order protection for eligible orders, covering certain issues relating to lost or damaged shipments and certain delivery delays.

Lost Orders: We'll treat an order as lost once it's gone undelivered with no tracking movement for 7 business days from the last update (that window stretches to 15 days for shipments heading outside the contiguous United States). Also reach out if the carrier's system shows "Delivered" but nothing has actually shown up and more than 48 hours have passed with no further activity. Lost-order claims should generally come in within 10 days of that last tracking update.

Damaged Goods: If you discover that your order has been damaged during transit upon receipt, get in touch within 15 days of delivery. When submitting a claim, please provide photos or videos showing the damage and the condition of the packaging so that we can verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Delivery Delays: The vast majority of orders show up by their estimated delivery date. In the event of a delivery delay, you may be eligible for a refund of shipping costs, subject to the applicable order terms and specific circumstances.

5.9 Right to Refuse Orders and Customization Content

USportsGear® may review submitted artwork, text, logos, images, and other customization materials before accepting an order. We may decline, suspend, or cancel a request when the submitted material or proposed order creates a legal, safety, compliance, or production concern, including where the content:

● is prohibited by applicable law or regulation;

● is sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes illegal drug use or other unlawful conduct;

● uses another party's trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs, or other protected material without appropriate authorization;

● cannot reasonably be produced in accordance with our manufacturing or service requirements; or

● creates a material risk to USportsGear, our customers, production partners, or other parties.

Submitting content through our customization services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to USportsGear. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use all materials provided to us. USportsGear may request additional information or authorization where needed to process an order.

If an order is refused due to a material error in pricing, product information, inventory, or another significant issue, USportsGear may contact you regarding the issue or cancel the affected order in accordance with applicable law.

If USportsGear cancels a paid order, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to the transaction.
